Terms of Use

General Terms:

1. As the owners and operators of Delectable Dolls, we reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion. It is YOUR responsibility as a member of this site to periodically re-read these terms to ensure that you are in complete compliance at all times.
2. You do not have to have a website to join this one, HOWEVER, none of our images, even those you have tubed may be placed on MSN groups, Yahoo groups, Google groups, etc. The pages on these groups can not be right click disabled, and therefore are not considered adequate to protect our copyrighted images.
3. By joining Delectable Dolls, you are bound by these terms whether you choose to read them or not.
4. When joining Delectable Dolls, you are joining for the content currently on the site. Updates are a bonus. This does not mean that we will not update, this simply means that there is no set schedule for updates, and you will receive them as we have completed items to include in an update.
5. Any member found in violation of any of these terms is subject to immediate suspension and/or revocation of membership at our discretion. Each violation will be judged on its own merit and the appropriate determination will be made on an individual basis.
6. We have the right to refuse service to any person(s) at our sole discretion.
7. Absolutely no refunds will be given for any reason. Once you have paid you are a member of Delectable Dolls. We do not issue refunds, so be sure you want to join this site before you make payment.
8. Memberships are SINGLE USE only. You are not allowed to share your username and password with any other individuals. If you are found to have done so, your membership will be immediately revoked and you will not be allowed to rejoin this site. We DO log IPs and we check them regularly. Any log ins that are questionable will be suspended pending an investigation.
9. You must provide credit for any and all images created or used from this site by providing a text link (at a minimum) on every page where our images are displayed. This includes online auctions or shop sales.
10. If your email address, URL, or other pertinant information changes it is YOUR responsibility to inform us of these changes.
11. None of our graphics are to be shared through online groups such as Yahoo groups, MSN groups, Google groups, etc. There are no exceptions to this rule.
12. At no time are our graphics to be displayed on sites promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse, religious intolerance, and/or pornographic activities.
13. Graphics are NOT to be used for offline activities such as crafting, digitizing, embrodery patterns, printed (recipe cards, greeting cards, stationary, etc) or designs/patterns of any kind.
14. At no time can any of our graphics be offered as included in any "As Is" license offered on your own site.
15. If you sell or give away your site, any and all content created using our graphics (tubes, tutorials, sig tags, websets, stationary files, etc) are NOT to be included in that sale. They must be removed before files are transferred from yourself to the new owner of the site.
16. Do not claim our work as your own
17. You may not tube any outlines offered herein without having first purchased a tubing license.
18. You may not write tutorials for any content herein, no exceptions of any kind will be made to this rule.

Tube License Terms:

1. You may tube clothing and dressed dolls (with hair) and provide them in your members area or for sale in tube packs either in your shop or at auction. You must NOT include naked bases or bases dressed only in bra and panties in member areas, or for sale as tube packs in a shop or at auction.
2. Please leave doll names intact!
3. Doll bases you color may only be added to your members area, sold in tube packs or sold at auction once they have been dressed and had hair added. They may not be sent through groups such as MSN, Yahoo, Google, etc, or through email sharing lists.
4. Already colored bases are not to be redistributed ASIS under any circumstances. Our Bases are NOT allowed to be placed in ANY type of collection or compilation, and made available to the public in ANY manner, way, shape, form, or fashion, under ANY circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, any kind of online compilations/collections, CD compilations/collections, etc. Bases may not be shared with others via any means including MSN, Yahoo, email groups, etc.
5. Bases are not to be used in dollmakers at any time without specific written permission.
6. Please do not frankendoll our bases to make your own. This means: Do NOT Take bits and pieces from our dolls and add it to another be it ours or anyone else's to make a new doll!
7. If you use a doll to create a blank sig tag, please be sure to include at least a background or put the doll in a scene. Simply putting the doll up as a blank sig tag is unacceptable.



Special Base License Terms:


1. You may color and provide those colored bases to your members within your members area with nothing more than a pair of panties and a bra on them. Only those bases which are clearly marked as Special Bases may be used in this manner. Each base will be marked clearly on each page.
2. Please leave doll names intact!
3. Doll bases you color may only be added to your members area wearing only bra and panties. They may not be added to auctions, tube packs, or other compilations or sent through groups such as MSN, Yahoo, Google, etc, or through email sharing lists.
4. Already colored bases are not to be redistributed ASIS under any circumstances. Our Bases are NOT allowed to be placed in ANY type of collection or compilation, and made available to the public in ANY manner, way, shape, form, or fashion, under ANY circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, any kind of online compilations/collections, CD compilations/collections, etc. Bases may not be shared with others via any means including MSN, Yahoo, email groups, etc.

7. You may make new poses but, the new poses must be sent to us for approval PRIOR to being made available anywhere else and will be placed in our member area for all members to use. You will be credited in our members area for the additional poses you have created.
8. Some bases will have special terms - these terms will be posted with the base and must be followed.
9. If you use a doll to create a blank sig tag, please be sure to include at least a background or put the doll in a scene. Simply putting the doll up as a blank sig tag is unacceptable.
10. Outlines for bases are not to be tubed unless you hold a tube license.
